Real solutions aren’t found in a boardroom; they are found standing next to a thermic fluid heater and its process house, observing the system in its natural state. During this visit, we focused on the critical components that dictate plant performance:

The Triple Threat: Carbon, Heat Loss, and Degradation

When we inspect a system, we look for the “invisible” enemies of efficiency. Carbon buildup inside the coils can act as an insulator/ Coil choke/ Coil puncture issue forcing the burner to work harder and increasing fuel consumption. Combined with heat loss from poor insulation and oil oxidation, these factors lead to a significant increase in rejection rate in your batches in your production.
